2. Course and Program Enrolments

For paid professional courses and training programs:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within the timeframe specified at enrolment.
• Refunds may be subject to administrative fees, materials costs, or third-party charges already incurred.
• No refund is typically provided after course commencement or access to learning materials has been granted, unless required by law.
• Transfer of enrolment to another batch or program may be offered as an alternative where available.

3. Study Abroad and Counseling Services

Study abroad counseling, application support, and visa assistance fees are often partially or fully non-refundable once work has commenced, including document preparation, university submissions, or third-party payments.

Any refunds for third-party fees (university application fees, test registration, visa fees) are subject to the policies of those institutions.

4. Placement and Career Services

Placement assistance and career platform fees are generally non-refundable once services have been activated, including profile creation, recruiter introductions, or interview scheduling support.

5. Corporate Training

Corporate training contracts are governed by the commercial agreement signed with the client organisation. Cancellation and refund terms for corporate engagements are specified in the relevant proposal or contract.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

We will notify you once a refund request has been approved or declined, including the reason for any denial.

7. Cancellations by Opulent Vidya

If we cancel a program or service, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled service or an option to transfer to an alternative offering.
